Adult Tennis Drill Offerings and Schedule 

Doubles Drills -  These drills will be broken down into several different levels based on NTRP ratings (2.5-4.0). The doubles drills will feature drills focusing on court positioning, shot selection, execution of doubles tactics and many other important doubles aspects. Coaches will play with players and engage heavily with everyone in the group.

Cardio Tennis - ​​ Cardio Tennis is an engaging group fitness program featuring the heart pumping effects of tennis drills, games, and skills delivering the ultimate full body and calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic workout.

Cardio Tennis is a very social activity for all ages, ability and fitness levels. In only 1 class, men can burn between 500 and 1000 calories and women can burn between 300 and 500 calories. Plus, it beats the monotony of a treadmill or spin bike! 

Class Length : 1 Hour

Cost : $25 

USTA 123 - These are our introduction to tennis classes, they will be focused on either introducing players to tennis or helping players who have been away from the game get back into the game. 

Class Length : 1.5 Hours

Cost : $30 

Early Bird Tennis -  These are early morning 1 hour classes focused on developing technical and physical competency. Players should expect 30 minutes of high intensity feeding drills and footwork to help build excellent tennis fundamentals, followed by 15 minutes of focused rallying and finishing up with some type of doubles or singles point play.
